Since 1921, Wooster Products Inc. has delivered quality, made-in-America products to the construction and renovation industries.

We are known as the leading anti-slip stair nosing, tread and walkway manufacturer throughout North America and have an immediate need for motivated manufacturing production associates in our temperature-controlled facility at our Plant 2 location (3503 Old Airport Rd. Wooster, OH).


Manufacturing experience helpful but not required. We offer great work-life balance and competitive wages. Excellent benefits include: Health Care (80% of premium paid by employer), Paid Vacation after a year, 401K with 5% annual contribution by employer, 9 Paid Holidays, Quarterly Production Bonus Possibility, Monthly Attendance Bonus, Referral Bonus, Work Boot Compensation Program, Annual Wage Increases. All Positions are Mon-Fri 1st Shift.
