Knowledge, Experience, & Physical Requirements:

-Must be able to lift, push or pull, 50lbs

-Stand 8 to 10 hours a day

-Basic computer skills

-One year experience in related field.

-Production equipment knowledge

-Ensure GMP guidelines are being followed

-Willingness to work in fast paced environment with a sense of urgency.

-Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.

-High school diploma or GED

-Knowledge in FDA,USDA, SOP, SSOP, and GMP a plus

-HACCP Certified a plus
