Job description

Job Summary

We're hiring Warehouse Associates to support the assembly, preparation, and organization of products and kits used in at-home patient care.

This role is more than traditional pick-and-pack work. You'll be responsible for assembling detailed care kits, organizing multiple components, preparing devices, and following structured workflows that ensure patients receive the right materials every time.

Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to carefully follow defined processes and assembly standards.

What Makes This Role Different

Most warehouse roles focus on moving products.

This role focuses on assembling, organizing, and preparing them for patient use.

In this position, you will:

• Assemble multi-component care kits with precision and accuracy

• Pull together and organize products, supplies, and equipment into complete patient-ready packages

• Prepare and configure devices (e.g., tablets, monitoring equipment)

• Follow structured workflows where quality and accuracy matter more than speed alone

• Work in an environment with elevated standards for compliance, organization, and consistency

If you enjoy hands-on work that requires focus, organization, and doing things the right way, this role will be a strong fit.

What You’ll Do
  • Assemble and organize patient care kits using multiple components and materials

  • Pull, verify, and prepare products according to detailed instructions and kit requirements

  • Follow step-by-step standard operating procedures (SOPs)

  • Meet daily goals for quality, accuracy, and productivity

  • Perform quality checks to ensure kits and orders meet standards

  • Prepare devices and materials for shipment and patient use

  • Maintain clean, organized, and compliant workstations

  • Handle inventory and materials accurately

  • Report any issues, defects, or inconsistencies

  • Support improvements to workflows and assembly processes

What This Role Requires

• Ability to follow detailed instructions carefully and consistently

• Strong attention to detail and organization

• Reliability and consistent attendance

• Comfort working in a structured, process-driven environment

• Ability to stay focused during repetitive assembly tasks

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

• Demonstrated ability to commit to and complete something over time (e.g., school, certification, training program, long-term role)

What You Get

Time Off That's Actually Yours

You earn paid time off as you work- 1 day for every 20 days on the job. The longer you stay, the more time off you build up. Sick time is kept completely separate, so a sick day never cuts into the vacation time you've earned.

Help Getting Here

We offer up to $150 per month as a pre-tax commuter benefit, so you're spending less of your take-home pay on getting to work.

Health Insurance Support

Health insurance has two costs: the monthly premium (what you pay to stay enrolled) and what you pay when you actually use it. We contribute up to $500 per month toward your premium- for most plans, that covers a significant portion or all of your monthly cost. You get real coverage without it eating up your paycheck.

Why Join

• Be part of a team supporting real patient care

• Work in a structured, high-quality environment

• Clear expectations and hands-on training from day one

• Opportunities to grow into senior and supervisory roles
