Job description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment according to standard operating procedures.
  • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery.
  • Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and make necessary repairs.
  • Measure and cut raw material.
  • Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize production processes - cross-training will be required.
  • Complete required documentation and reports accurately and on time.

Qualifications:
    • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong communication skills

Physical Requirements:
      • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
