Job description

Eaton's ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a Associate Product Manager. This position is ONSITE Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm at our Fayetteville, NC Eaton facility. Relocation assistance will be provided, if needed.
The Associate Product Manager for MCC will be responsible for supporting the MCC product line strategic 1 - 5 year outlook. This includes supporting the Product Manager and Product Line Manager with collection of "voice-of-customer" to drive our product roadmap. It includes the support of key new product development releases. In also includes developing and implementing our differentiated service model strategy across our Low Voltage Motor Control Center (LV MCC) North American operations. Included in this model is a focus on the systems and processes needed to support growth in our aftermarket product offering.
This position will support the strategy around systems, tools, processes, and new product development needed to support MCC growth across North America. This would include the marketing strategy to present our Aftermarket and LV MCC differentiated service model to our sales teams and customers.
The individual must be technically competent and possess strong product application knowledge. This person will play an integral role in our annual strategy and profit planning processes.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $113000 - $165000 a year.

What you'll do:
In this role:
  • Interface with field sales, distributors, and customers as needed to determine ideal solutions to LV MCC & LV MCC Aftermarket needs and challenges.
  • Responsibility for LV MCC Aftermarket and LV MCC service center operations strategy
  • Drive improved systems and tools - bidmanager, design automation, PowerBi
  • Manage new product development for Aftermarket offerings
  • Launch marketing collateral
  • Develop strategy to level load service centers (Aftermarket and LV MCC)
  • Develop LV MCC Aftermarket production strategy between service centers and main plant operations
  • Participate in strategy & profit plan
  • Must be a good time manager with strong communication skills.
  • Must be able to handle difficult conversations tactfully.
  • Act as a technical resource for the MCC product line.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Basic REQUIRED Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 3 years of electrical industry environment
  • Must be able to travel 25%
  • Must be willing to relocate to Fayetteville, North Carolina. Relocation assistance will be provided, if needed

Preferred Qualifications:
