Join a team that values quality, teamwork, and attention to detail. Hummel is seeking a full-time Production Associate to support both our print production and warehouse operations. In this cross-functional role, you'll be trained across multiple areas of the business, helping produce, fulfill, and ship high-quality apparel and sporting goods for customers across North America.
Production Associate - Hummel Grafton, WI
Responsibilities:
  • Apply vinyl numbers, letters, logos, and markers to garments using a heat press while maintaining quality and placement standards.
  • Prepare apparel for production by unbagging garments, staging workstations, and cutting vinyl according to production specifications.
  • Conduct quality inspections throughout the production process to ensure accuracy, consistency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using picklists and shipping software.
  • Generate shipping labels and process outbound shipments.
  • Receive incoming inventory, inspect products for quality, and stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and proper inventory organization.
  • Load and unload shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks (as trained).
  • Support production and warehouse operations as needed to meet daily business demands.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in warehouse, production, or apparel is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
