Sign Shop Printing & Production Associate PCB Wraps is hiring a Printing & Production Associate to help produce wraps, signs, decals, banners, and other custom graphics. Responsibilities - Operate and assist with large-format printers, laminators, and vinyl cutters - Prepare, laminate, trim, weed, mask, and finish printed graphics - Produce signs, banners, decals, lettering, and wrap graphics - Prepare materials and completed graphics for installation - Perform basic sign assembly and finishing - Check jobs for print quality, color, sizing, and accuracy - Maintain an organized production area and equipment - Assist with inventory and production workflow Qualifications - Sign, print, graphics, or production experience preferred - Strong attention to detail and measurements - Comfortable working with computers, tools, and production equipment - Mechanically inclined and willing to learn - Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple jobs Experience with large-format printing, vinyl graphics, signs, Flexi, Adobe, CorelDRAW, or similar software is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
