Position Overview

The Production Associate is responsible for performing a full range of tasks, including order entry and processing, production/manufacturing, packaging and shipping of various printed materials and other products. The Production Associate has an opportunity to learn what it takes to run a business. This is a 100% hands-on role. This role is a cross-functional tasks (e.g., quality control / inspection, print, etc.).


Essential Job Functions

  • Be prepared to perform any tasks related to the operation of the company.
  • Learn the businesses and product and production workflows.
  • Perform all tasks as assigned, including but not limited to:
  • Taking orders and inputting orders into ERP system.
  • Planning daily production batch schedules.
  • Counting inventory.
  • Cutting vinyl and other materials.
  • Packaging according to standard procedures.
  • Preparing products for shipping.
  • Shipping products.
  • Performing product returns process.
  • Vendor management and placing orders.
  • Learning and operating CNC cutting, printing and other equipment
  • Perform other duties, as required


Qualifications

  • Motivated, energetic and driven work ethic.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team and independently.
