Job description

The Production Associate will report into the Director of Production and play a key role in executing production timelines, managing PP/TOP status and supporting cross-functional teams. They will work within the Production team to support the Retrofête and SER.O.YA brands.
Responsibilities
  • Create and manage POs for RTW and Footwear: Seasonal and Recut/Reorders
  • Ensure PO accuracy, updates and changes are made in timely manner including quantities and pricing
  • Ensure style data accuracy in internal systems and ERP (i.e. Netsuite)
  • Communicate with vendors on purchase order (PO) confirmations, ship dates, and sample statuses
  • Proactively identify and escalate late production risks
  • Follow up with vendors regarding samples for fittings (PP and TOP stages), track and log sample statuses
  • Attend fittings if needed to flag potential timeline concerns and communicate action items to relevant teams
  • Coordinate closely with internal departments (Design, Tech, Product Development) to follow up on approvals and timelines
  • Maintain and update production tracking tools including calendars, WIP charts, and the Master Production files
  • Support onboarding of new vendors, including compliance documentation and policy communication
  • Partner with finance to review and approve invoices against PO terms and delivery confirmations
  • Support in weekly Buy Meetings to discuss MOQ and achievable in warehouse dates
  • Approve final packing lists according to PO allocation and order quantity
  • Support weekly and monthly reporting for Director of Production on delivery timelines and production KPIs
  • Attend cross-functional weekly team meetings and document key takeaways, deadlines, and action follow-ups

Requirements
  • 2-3 years of production experience, ideally in the women's contemporary fashion space.
  • Proficient in Excel; experience with ERP & PLM systems is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
  • Highly collaborative with excellent communication skills.
