We're hiring a Production Associate to join a growing manufacturing team in Hillsboro.

This company produces high-quality building components for commercial and residential construction projects.
This is a full-time, temp to hire opportunity with a stable company that values teamwork, safety, and opportunities for growth.
If you enjoy hands-on work, learning new skills, and being part of a fast-paced production environment, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do
  • Assemble engineered wood wall panels, trusses, and other construction components.
  • Operate production equipment and hand tools
  • Read blueprints, work orders, and production documents to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Enter production information into the computer to track materials and work orders.

What We're Looking For
  • A minimum of 1 year previous manufacturing or construction experience
  • Ability to read a tape measure and follow written work instructions.
  • Ability to consistently lift up to 50lbs with/without accommodation
  • Steel-toe boots required
