Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Jaffrey, NH to bring on General Production Associates! This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with a great schedule and consistent overtime potential.


Position: General Production Associate
Pay Range: $17–$18/HR
Location: Jaffrey, NH
Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (OT available on Fridays)


Job Description
We are looking for General Production Associates to support daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role includes operating machines, packaging finished products, and assisting with production to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met.


Key Responsibilities

  • Operate production machines and monitor performance
  • Load materials and keep machines running efficiently
  • Package finished products and prepare for shipment
  • Perform basic quality checks to ensure product standards
  • Assist with moving materials and staging products
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Follow all safety and production procedures
