  • Maintain and report on weekly customer support metrics
  • Represent Cabana at local and client events

Clinical Operations Support - Approximately 20%
  • Support administrative and operational tasks related to Cabana Health's clinical services.
  • Coordinate projects and information across clinical, product, and operations teams.

  • Assist with clinician onboarding, scheduling, credentialing, or workflow coordination as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, organization, and communication.
  • Support special projects that improve the delivery and scalability of Cabana Health's services.

Requirements
  • One to four years of experience in operations, project coordination, product support, quality assurance, healthcare operations, or a related role
