Accredo Packaging is hiring Production Associates to support multiple manufacturing operations at our Sugar Land, Texas facility. This position is suitable for both entrylevel and experienced manufacturing candidates interested in working with industrial equipment, flexible packaging, and qualitydriven production processes.
Production Associates may be assigned to areas such as Press support, Pouching, Wicketing, Slitting, or Packaging based on experience, training, and business needs.Position details
  • Location: 12682 Cardinal Meadow Dr, Sugar Land, TX 77478
  • Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour (Depending on assigned role)
  • Night Shift Differential: +$2.00/hour
  • Schedule: 12hour Night Shift
  • Rotation: 2 days on / 2 days off / 3 Days on /3 days off
Essential Job Functions
  • Safely operate or assist with manufacturing equipment in accordance with company procedures
  • Perform machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting
  • Load, inspect, package, and move raw materials and finished goods
  • Monitor product quality and report nonconforming material or process issues
  • Track and document production output, scrap, and downtime
  • Apply labels and complete required production documentation
  • Maintain clean, orderly, and safe work areas
  • Collaborate with operators, packers, and team members to meet production goals

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Ability to work 12hour shifts
  • Manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required
  • Basic math and mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to understand and follow safety rules, work instructions, and production documentation, with or without reasonable accommodation
