    • Price and tag approved merchandise using the Celerant system.
    • Hang and organize garments by category, size, and price.
    • Maintain a steady production pace while meeting daily production goals and quality standards.
    • Identify high-quality, vintage, trending, branded, or unique merchandise that may be appropriate for e-Commerce.
    • Keep your workstation and surrounding production areas clean, safe, and organized.
    • Work as part of the Retail team to maintain efficient product flow and support store operations.

What We're Looking For

    • Ability to stay focused and productive while performing repetitive, hands-on work.
    • Ability to balance speed, quality, and accuracy while meeting daily production goals.
    • Dependability and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and established production standards.
    • Flexible availability, including the ability to work a varied schedule Sunday through Saturday.
    • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform repetitive bending, reaching, grasping, and handling tasks.
    • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 35 pounds.
    • High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.

Why Join Goodwill Tenneva?

    • Make a direct impact by turning donated clothing into resources that support Goodwill's mission.
    • Work in an active, hands-on production environment.
    • Build valuable skills in quality control, production, pricing, merchandising, and retail operations.
    • Join a team-focused organization serving Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia.
    • Competitive pay.
    • Four weeks of paid time off (for full-time employees after waiting period).
    • Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
    • 403(b) retirement plan.
