What You'll Do

Production Associates support our extrusion and fabrication operations and play an important role in producing quality products safely and efficiently.

Depending on your assignment, responsibilities may include:

  • Operate fabrication equipment independently after completing required training.
  • Pack extruded products into boxes, crates, or other packaging while maintaining required production pace.
  • Verify product quantities and ensure accurate part counts.
  • Perform setup and finishing activities, including preparing packaging materials, labeling products, and disposing of scrap.
  • Perform and assist with quality inspections of extruded and fabricated products.
  • Identify and communicate product or process concerns.
  • Follow established safety procedures and promptly report unsafe conditions or potential hazards.
  • Maintain clean and organized production areas.
  • Complete required production, quality, and safety documentation accurately.
  • Work cooperatively with team members, operators, leads, and other departments.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support production operations.

  • Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or assembly experience is helpful but not required.
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.

Physical Requirements

This is an active manufacturing position. Production Associates must be able to:

  • Assist coworkers with heavier or awkward loads when appropriate.
  • Perform repetitive manufacturing and material-handling tasks.
  • Work safely around manufacturing equipment and within an active production environment.
