Oliver Pluff & Company is an all-American company preserving the tradition of time-honored teas and early American coffee blends.

We are looking for a detail-oriented, dependable Production Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll help prepare products for shipping by weighing, packaging, labeling, and organizing inventory. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.

  • PAY: $17.00-$20.00 per hour, offer depending on experience

Qualifications:

  • Strong Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to follow instructions and maintain accuracy.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous production, warehouse, or packaging experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
  • Ability to follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
