PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE: Production assembler will pack, label, and stack boxes of liquid products in a warehouse environment!

Shifts Monday-Thursday

Pay: $17.00

Key Responsibilities: (Other duties, tasks and projects as assigned)

  • Follow all safety and quality guidelines with an elevated sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Produce, Pack, and Inspect raw materials and finished goods
  • Load raw material into equipment; catch, label, stamp, and pack finished goods
  • Set up and assemble materials and packaging
  • Move raw materials and finished goods to specified areas
  • Complete Quality Assurance throughout the production process
  • Initiate immediate Quality & Supervision Review’s for any suspect or defective products and packaging
  • Participating in training of new employees
  • Uphold standards for cleanliness and safe work environments, ensure your work area meets these expectations

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred, with 0-1 year of production or manufacturing experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong ability to efficiently remain organized, detailed oriented and tactful while communicating
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team and independently

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment: Operates in a professional office environment as well as within a manufacturing environment subject to inside environmental conditions and noise. Often required to sit, use repetitive hand motion, hear, listen, talk, stand, and walk. Often required to climb stairs, reach overhead, pull, push, and lift up to 50 pounds.
