Your Role: The primary function of this role is to support our manufacturing team. You will build, configure, pack and fulfill orders that support departmental timelines, company goals and objectives. A successful candidate will have or embody the ability to stay on task, follow a project all the way though, have a keen eye for changes in product or software and the ability to bring those changes to the attention of the supervisor or to the team. The ability to help fellow team members in group tasks or projects.

What You'll Do:

  • Daily assisting the production department with the various needs as instructed
  • Use general hand tools daily including drills, box cutters, and snap machines
  • Basic understanding of NetSuite
  • Ability to ongoing learn various and unique techniques required for production
  • Occasionally test/configure various equipment at entry level
  • Navigate a Google Platform and Monday.com on a daily basis ( including G-chats, Google Documents, Gmail, Google Drive, Google Meets, Calendar)
  • Communicate ongoing internally and externally through use of email or chat
  • Perform quarterly inventory counts related to audits
  • Work on the production line daily with consistent speed and accuracy
  • Ensure that production requirements and standards are met daily
  • Make ongoing effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality
  • Report any machinery issues to management as needed
  • Work cooperatively with the production team ongoing to meet quotas and goals
  • Holster Sensor testing through the use of a Cell Phone program as needed
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area daily
  • Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns as needed to management
  • Follow all written and verbal instructions daily
  • Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude on a daily basis
  • Ability to help pack large orders in shipping boxes as needed
  • The Configuration of cameras using the IP Utility software as needed
  • Holster Sensor testing through the use of a Cell Phone program as needed
  • Use of VLC Media Player platform as needed
  • Employees are expected to arrive at work on time and fully prepared for their scheduled shifts, maintaining daily and consistent attendance.

What You Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years' experience working in industrial production is preferred
  • Capable of reading and understanding production documents
  • Google email and Google Drive experience
  • Basic math, reading, and writing skills
  • Beginner computer skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to multitask and to be flexible
  • Attention for detail is a must
  • Physically capable of manual labor that includes lifting, bending, and reaching up to 50lbs consistently
  • Able to work 8 to 10-hour shifts standing or sitting for extended periods of time
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
  • Must be able to adapt to change and willing to take on new challenges, ready to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to get the job done
  • Must be able to work independently as well as in a team
