Job description

Job Title: 1st Shift Production Associates 
Hours: 6:00AM to 3:30PM - Monday -Thursday and Friday 6:00AM - 2:30PM
Location: Pittsfield, NH
Pay Range: $19/hr. 
Adecco is partnering with a local manufacturer in Pittsfield, NH to hire full-time Production Associates for 1st Shift. No experience necessary! We will train!


What You’ll Do:
Stitching
  • Operate industrial single and double needle machines
  • Sew components for protective gear
  • Perform quality inspections and support your team by learning multiple operations
  • Use measurements and follow production specs

Machine Operator Roles
  • Operate production machinery following Standard Operating Procedures
  • Cut materials using advanced equipment
  • Inspect product quality and ensure consistency
  • Use measuring tools and work with precision

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or production environments is a plus
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Good attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Basic math and measurement skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods
