Position Summary

The Manufacturing Production Supervisor will oversee daily trailer production operations at Alcom’s Montana facility. This role is responsible for ensuring production schedules are met, quality standards are maintained, and safety procedures are followed. The Supervisor will lead and support production team members, coordinate with other departments, and drive continuous improvement to meet company goals.

Functions and Responsibilities

  • Supervise, train, and motivate production team members to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and delivery objectives.

  • Oversee daily trailer manufacturing operations, ensuring work is performed to company standards.

  • Schedule, assign, and monitor workflow to meet production targets and deadlines.

  • Monitor product quality and enforce adherence to specifications and customer requirements.

  • Promote a safe work environment by owning and ensuring compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations.

  • Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve production issues.

  • Implement and support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Maintain accurate records of production performance, labor hours, and materials usage.

  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and assist in employee development.

  • Address employee concerns, foster teamwork, and uphold company values.
