The Production Associate (within the Packaging Dept.) is responsible for the production department's daily operations related to packaging bulk flower and pre-rolls to complete as finished goods. The Production Associate (PA) will work within a team to ensure product packaging KPI's are met under the direction of the production leadership and reports to the Production Manager.Core Tasks and Responsibilities -Package accurately, by weight, all flower products offered by Lazy River Products (LRP)Accurate use of scales and balances to ensure the weight of products meet regulatory and LRP SOP requirements.Apply labels to product packaging accurately and neatly per LRP SOPActively engage in sanitation practices and ensure that tools, equipment, workstations, and work rooms maintain organization, and are regularly cleanedMaintain department logs, forms, and records as instructed with clear and legible writingAbility to learn complex tasks, processes, and develop professionally within the department's operational proceduresPerform quality control for products and product labels (information and proper application)Maintain professionalism and productive relationships within the department and company regardless of opinions, challenges, or conflict.
