Position Summary

The Production Associate will be responsible for assembling goods and monitoring the process to effectively meet production goals to deliver product to our customers. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is self-driven, adaptable, and detail oriented.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  • Monitor the efficiency of the production line to ensure timely load and shipment
  • Assemble and prepare goods for shipping
  • Observe and remove faulty product parts from assembly line
  • Maintain proper storage for material and product inventory
  • Operate and maintain machinery and production line equipment
  • Keep both a clean workstation and production floor
  • Report any issues to supervisor
  • Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Familiar with safety procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements
  • Comfortable using various systems to complete daily tasks
  • Self-motivated and results oriented 
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Ability to communicate and escalate issues quickly and effectively to manager or supervisor.
  • Ability to uphold safety standards, participate in continuous process improvement on the job, and follow best practices.
  • Able to work both individually and as a team
  • Willingness to take direction as needed and the drive to jump into tasks every day with a good attitude!

 Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a manufacturing environment
