Job description

We're looking for a reliable and motivated Production Associate to join our team for a one-month temporary assignment. This hands-on opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment, takes pride in quality work, and is ready to contribute from day one.
The company manufactures quality products in a production environment where teamwork, safety, and attention to detail are essential. As a Production Associate, you'll help keep materials moving through the production process, operate production equipment, inspect finished products, and prepare orders for shipment.
Production Associate Duties
· Move materials and components between the production floor, pallets, conveyors, and work tables.
· Operate production equipment, including sewing machines, hot glue guns, and pallet jacks.
· Label, pack, and prepare finished products for shipment.
· Perform quality inspections throughout the production process.
· Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Schedule
Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay
$18.00 per hour
Production Associate Requirements
· At least 6 months of recent production experience.
· Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools.
· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
· Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
· Ability to commit to the full one-month temporary assignment.
