Close the Loop is a globally preferred sustainability solutions provider; our partnerships with Global Manufacturers allow us to give new life to materials that were thought to have no value. This role is a key position in the facility?s preventative maintenance efforts. Your contribution allows us to fulfill our commitment as a zero waste to landfill company!

  • Increase to $16.00 an Hour after 90 Days

As a new Team member at Close the Loop, you will be trained to:

  • Assist in sorting plastic types.
  • Work in other departments if needed.
  • Utilize a hand truck, forklifts, conveying equipment, and/or other handling equipment to move materials and finished product.
  • Communicate throughout all levels of the Company.
  • Read and understand policies, procedures, and training materials.
  • Assist in daily housecleaning activities to ensure your work environment is clean, orderly, and free of slip/trip hazards.
  • Wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and following necessary safety procedures.

As a new Team member, you will also be required to:

  • Be capable of standing for extended periods of time.
  • Be capable of passing a background check and drug test.
  • Be able to lift 20+ pounds.
