Job description

Location: HQ - Williamsburg, Brooklyn
Status: Full-time / 100% on-site
Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 annually
Position Summary: The Production Associate will support the Accessories team by owning the production life cycle of designated product categories/factories that include soft Accessories and Lifestyle goods for Women's, Men's and Kid's. This individual will be responsible for Accessories and ensure products are executed to the standards of Kith.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure that weekly T&As and monthly liability charts are received, reviewed, and analyzed to ensure the most accurate style/material information is being reported.
  • Update the Master Apparel sheet based on T&A.
  • Create buy sheets.
  • Print and send out UPC stickers to vendor as needed.
  • Log and track all incoming samples including PPS, TOP, and any additional marketing samples needed.
  • Communicate PPS arrivals to our design team / ensure they commented on in a timely manner to follow the calendar.
  • Request Care labels template to be sent to the factories.
  • PO Issuance (New POs, revise style and color codes on old POs as needed).
  • Create cost sheets in our PLM system once confirmed by the Production Manager.
  • Review and approve care labels/bulk submits. Responsible for Archiving bulk submits for future reference.
  • Request, organize, and review all testing reports and flag any issues to the Production Manager.
  • Review all QC inspection reports with our factories. This includes preparing all QC reports and TOP's to be reviewed/approved with the Production Manager.
  • Review/Submit/Record invoices.
  • Work with your production counterpart to order bulk trim (when necessary) in order to consolidate amongst all factories on either a seasonal or annual basis.
  • Work with the SMU team to ensure any approval or requirements requested in the contract are being executed.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in product development, accessories, apparel, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, testing standards, logistics, and garment construction.
  • Prior experience in accessories and/or lifestyle categories is a plus.
  • Experience with ERP and PLM systems, including data maintenance, tracking, and data entry.
