Pay: $20–$22/hour + Annual Bonus + $2 shift premium
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 2:45 PM–12:45 AM
Location: On‑site Manufacturing Facility, Delafield, WI

What You’ll Do

As a Production Associate, you’ll play a vital role in our manufacturing process by:

  • Operating and loading production machines
  • Performing assembly and secondary operations such as trimming, crimping, cutting, and finishing
  • Inspecting products using measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met
  • Packaging, labeling, and preparing materials per work order instructions
  • Completing inspection records and production documentation
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area following 6S standards
  • Supporting safety initiatives and ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 quality systems
  • Collaborating with your team on process improvements and updated work instructions
  • Performing additional duties as assigned to support production goals

What We’re Looking For
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
  • Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
  • Comfortable reading measuring devices such as rulers, calipers, and scales
