Position: Food Production Associate
Location: Lithia Springs, GA
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Multiple schedules available:

  • 7:00 AM–5:30 PM / Work: Wednesday-Saturday / $14.50 hr.

  • 7:00 AM–5:30 PM / Work: Saturday-Tuesday / $14.50 hr.

  • 6:00 PM–4:30 AM / Work: Thursday-Sunday / $15.00 hr.

Job Summary
We are hiring a Food Production Associate for a client in the Lithia Springs, GA area. This role handles labeling, portioning, meal bagging/kitting, and shipping while following all floor safety and food safety SOPs. The ideal candidate works well in a fast-paced environment and has strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Receive direction to fulfill production requirements

  • Label packaging at the standard average rate

  • Use proper measuring utensils to portion ingredients

  • Pick ingredients for meal bagging/kitting with strong attention to detail

  • Transition between tasks as needed

  • Work at a fast pace with strong attention to detail during shipping

  • Work as a team to reach shipping goals

  • Follow all GMPs while onsite at the facility

  • Keep work area clean at all times and assist with end-of-day cleanups

  • Adhere to all safety guidelines, including proper lifting techniques

  • Support the company's food safety system and quality programs

Must Haves

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

  • Ability to follow direction from Supervisor or Production Lead

  • Ability to follow all GMP restrictions while at the site

Preferred Skills

  • HS Diploma

  • 6+ months of production/warehouse environment experience
