Job description

Production Associate: Hudson, Wisconsin
Our customer in Hudson, Wisconsin is looking for a hardworking, detailoriented individual to join their team as a Production Associate to work fulltime on 1st shift. In this role, you will support multiple production lines by operating equipment, handling materials, and preparing finished products while maintaining quality, safety, and cleanliness standards.
 
Responsibilities of the Production Associate:
  • Work on various production lines handling multiple products.
  • Lift and load chunks of clay into machines and operate pug mills (training provided).
  • Weigh, package, box, seal, and prepare products for shipment.
  • Pick, pack, wrap, and stack orders on pallets.
  • Move and stack pallets daily (average pallet weight approximately 45 lbs.).
  • Operate a forklift to move materials as needed (experience preferred, not required).
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and stock shelves appropriately.
  • Provide basic customer service by answering phones and taking orders when needed.
  • Perform routine cleanup including sanitizing tables and machines, sweeping, and removing trash.
 
Production Associate Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Ability to repeatedly lift and pull up to 60 lbs. with ease.
  • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
  • Selfstarter with the ability to follow directions and remember details.
  • Neat and clean appearance required (tshirt, jeans, steeltoe or composite shoes).
  • No animal or human hair on clothing while working.
  • Willingness to wear PPE when working with fine powders, including shaving when required to ensure proper respirator fit (OSHA requirement; not daily).
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
 
Pay for Production Associate: $18.00/hour.
