OverviewOperates machinery and manual assembly lines to print, cut, mount, inspect, and package magnet-mounted metal posters. Ensures strict quality standards and high-volume daily output.

About the Role: Production Associates are the heartbeat of our Louisville manufacturing facility. Working directly on the plant floor, you will be responsible for operating digital printing equipment, heat/sublimation presses, metal cutting lines, and manual packaging stations to produce high-quality metal poster art.

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Job Functions & Duty Disclosure: Physical Demands: Constant standing, walking, bending, stooping, and repetitive hand/wrist movements throughout an 8- to 12-hour shift. Must be able to regularly lift and carry up to 40 lbs.Work Environment: Active manufacturing environment with exposure to print machinery, ambient heat from sublimation presses, conveyor systems, and moderate noise. Required PPE includes safety glasses and non-slip, closed-toe shoes.

  • Operate metal cutting, corner-rounding, printing, and packaging machinery safely and efficiently according to production targets.
  • Inspect printed metal plates for color accuracy, scratches, alignment, and surface defects before final packaging.
  • Assemble packaging components, including protective sleeves, mounting magnets, certificates of authenticity, and shipping boxes.
  • Maintain clean, organized workstations using 5S principles and replenish raw materials (unprinted metal sheets, boxes, tape, protective film) as needed.
  • Follow all plant safety guidelines, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality assurance checklists.
