Job Location: Oklahoma City, OK (Quapah Ave.)
Work days/Shift Hours - if applicable: Sunday - Thursday / 9:30PM - 6:00AM
Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $_17.30__ to $_22.54__ per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
General Purpose
Responsible for sanitizing various equipment within designated work area.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Clean interior and exterior of processing and manufacturing equipment.
  • Prepare sanitation chemicals and equipment.
  • Ensure all necessary caps are in proper locations.
  • Set up equipment in preparation for use by manually lifting and moving equipment and/or chemicals.
  • Assess and rectify problems on all equipment.
  • Read, understand and follow standard operating procedures.
  • Train new team members
  • Communicate with management on daily basis
  • Create work orders when needed or assigned by supervisor
  • Maintain sanitation supply inventory
  • Review daily CIP chart data

Qualifications
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Bachelor's degree in physical science and/or food industry experience preferred.
  • Experience: 0 - 3 general work experience required. Experience working in food production or manufacturing environment. Ability to operate various equipment. Ability to read and understand Material Safety Data Sheets. Forklift certification a plus.
