The Production Associate is responsible for safely and efficiently performing all tasks related to the Consumables Department. Pall is ready to offer a great position with a leadership opportunity.

This position reports to the Production Supervisor, is part of the Consumables department located in DeLand, FL and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Setup and operate all equipment in a related area to produce complicated components, subassemblies, and final assemblies from blueprints and work instructions

  • Work under the direction of supervisors, or more experienced personnel, with little supervision

  • Maintain accurate records, and logs and collect any necessary data for use by Engineering

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • High School Diploma, G.E.D. or Equivalent

  • Minimum one year of production/manufacturing experience

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push, and pull for a minimum of 10 hours

  • Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50lbs

It would be a plus if you also possess experience in:

  • Reading and interpreting blueprints, engineering drawings and/or schematics

  • Utilizing scorecards or other process tracking tools
