JOB TITLE: Production Associate JOB SUMMARY: The Production Associate is responsible for operating equipment to produce components based on blueprints or work instructions. This role involves performing manufacturing, assembly, and packing operations, recording daily output, and ensuring compliance with EHS and Quality policies. The associate collaborates with team leads, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency while maintaining safety standards. Key Responsibilities: • Operate equipment to produce components according to blueprints or work instructions • Follow procedures or verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed • Perform manufacturing, assembly, and packing operations and other assigned tasks • Record daily output accurately • Comply with EHS and Quality policies including wearing required PPE • Collaborate with leadership to improve quality and process efficiency • Perform other duties as assigned Required Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED • Minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience • Ability to communicate and follow instructions effectively • Basic math skills • Strong attention to detail and quality-minded work habits • Demonstrated ability to work with co-workers and leadership • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, sitting, stooping, bending, walking, reaching, squatting, kneeling, pushing, and pulling for long periods • Capability to operate manufacturing equipment using hands consistently • Ability to read and write simple statements • Sound judgment and decision-making ability Dress Code: • OSHA-approved steel or composite-toe shoes required • Long pants covering ankles and legs (jeans, slacks, uniform pants acceptable; sweatpants, shorts, yoga pants, capris prohibited) • Shirt sleeves must cover shoulders; clothing must be free from tears and without offensive wording or images • Safety glasses must always be worn on the production floor • Shorts, miniskirts, dresses, cropped tops, halter tops, spaghetti straps, and open-toed shoes are prohibited Education: High School or equivalent
