Job description

Join a fast-paced manufacturing team where your work directly impacts product quality and production success. This hands-on role is ideal for dependable individuals who take pride in precision, safety, and teamwork.

****Multiple Shifts available****

1st Shift : 7:00 am to end of shift, Monday to Saturday, one day off during the week, to be assigned.

3rd Shift (PM/Night): 5:00 pm to end of shift. Monday to Saturday. With one day off during the week, to be assigned.

***Hourly Pay: $18.25 AM shift and $19.25 PM shift***

Production Associates play a crucial role in our operation, supporting line leaders and helping to create an efficient, productive, and safe workplace. Key duties include:

· Assisting the line leader with daily transactions and workflow management

· Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workspace at all times

· Proactively identifying and analyzing problems, recommending solutions to improve performance

· Ensuring the highest quality produce is prepared and available for daily runs

· Meeting or exceeding company productivity standards for assigned production lines

· Communicating with leadership if company production standards are not met

· Monitoring and understanding key production performance indicators (KPIs)

· Preparing, cutting, and repackaging products according to customer specifications

· Operating production machinery such as potato peelers and bag sealers

· Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, including floors, tables, cutting boards, and equipment

· Adhering strictly to sanitation and safety procedures in compliance with SQF (Safe Quality Food) standards

· Complying with GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices)

Education: High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required.

Experience:

· Related industry experience preferred

· General understanding of processing procedures preferred

· Experience working in high-volume warehouse or production facility preferred

· Knowledge of GMP policy preferred

· Ability to use and handle sharp knives, peelers, and hand-operated machines

Skills:

· Effective verbal communication skills

· Bilingual candidates are preferred

· Basic computer skills

· Willingness to learn lean manufacturing processes

· Physical Demands:

· Able to lift and/or move 25-50 lbs. safely and consistently

· Must be able to stand for extended periods of time

- Able to work in cold and wet environment (-36 degrees)
