Team A | Mon – Thurs | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Team B | Mon – Fri | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Team C | Mon – Thurs | 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM

About the Role
ShareSTAFF is hiring Production Associates to support a leading wall décor and print-on-demand manufacturing operation in Morrisville, North Carolina. Openings are available across multiple shifts (see schedule above). In this role, you will perform general production duties as well as measure, cut, join, and prepare frame components used in the production of custom printed products. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable using tools and machinery, works accurately, and takes pride in producing quality work.

What You'll Do

  1. Perform general production and assembly duties as assigned, including staging materials, packaging finished products, and supporting workflow and line needs
  2. Measure materials accurately using a tape measure and follow job specifications
  3. Safely operate saws, joiners, and other prebuild tools and equipment
  4. Cut, join, and assemble frame or prebuild components for production
  5. Inspect measurements, cuts, joints, and finished components for quality and accuracy
  6. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production work area
  7. Maintain production pace and meet daily production and quality goals while following all safety, quality, and work instructions
  8. Work collaboratively with team members and shift leads to meet production targets

What You Bring – Required

  1. Previous experience working with saws, joiners, or similar tools and machinery
  2. Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
  3. Ability to follow measurements, specifications, and detailed work instructions
  4. Comfortable standing for the full shift and performing repetitive production work
  5. Reliable attendance, attention to detail, and a safety-focused approach
