Job description

Adecco is currently hiring Production Associates/Machine Operators for a leading food manufacturing company in Pittsfield, NH. These are full-time, temp-to-hire opportunities offering weekly pay and overtime opportunities/ No previous food manufacturing experience is required. Comprehensive training is provided!
Pay & Schedule
  • Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour

  • Shift: Monday - Thursday

  • Hours: 2:30 PM - 12:30 AM

Job Responsibilities
As a Production Associate/Machine Operator, you will:

  • Support food production and packaging operations

  • Inspect, package, and label finished food products

  • Load materials and assist with operating production equipment

  • Follow production schedules, recipes, quality standards, and food safety guidelines

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and company safety procedures

  • Runs, monitors, and maintains food processing and packaging assembly lines.

Qualifications
We're looking for candidates who:

  • Have experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, construction, landscaping, or other hands-on work environments (preferred but not required)

  • Can lift up to 50 pounds as needed

  • Are able to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
