Title: Production Associate
Type of Placement: Temp – up to 1 year contract (with the potential of being hired by client)
Shift:
6:00am-2:30pm Monday- Friday
Or
7:30AM-4:00pm Monday- Friday
Pay/Pay Range: $16.00hrly

Summary:
Responsible for all functions in one of the departments with safety as a priority and ensuring the highest level of quality to our customers around the world.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Sort, count, package, label, unpack and/or log inventory which is shipped or received
  • Inspect materials for damages or defects; record discrepancies or damages and notify supervisor
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED)/Home School equivalency
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
  • Must be a team player
  • Willingness to learn new skills, expand job knowledge, and adapt to a changing environment
  • Show initiative to improve your skills, job knowledge, and factory processes
  • Follow company policies regarding attendance, safety requirements and PPE
Environmental Conditions:
  • Working in a warehouse can be a noisy, busy place with many warehouse operations.
  • It can be cold or warm environment depending on season.
Physical Capabilities:
  • Must be able to: stand for 8 hours and move from role to role or sedentary standing; lift light to moderate amounts of weight; perform repetitive upper extremity motions and repetitive forceful grip/pinch movement requiring both hands.
