Responsibilities for a Production Associate include but are not limited to:

  • Assemble, pack, and label laboratory kits following specific study guidelines, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and shipping.

  • Perform quality control checks on assembled kits and assist with loading/unloading activities.

  • Support resolution for kit vendor quality events, including handling guidelines discrepancies, kit building errors, and overdue orders.

Candidates for Production Associate must meet the following requirements to be considered:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, plus at least 2 years of relevant experience.

  • Strong computer skills, accurate data entry, and sharp attention to detail.

  • Ability to handle physical demands (standing, twisting, bending, lifting) and work around fluctuating temperatures or hazardous substances.

  • Flexibility to rotate work schedules, including early start and late end times, while maintaining client confidentiality.
