Job Title: Production Support Associate Schedule: 1st Shift: MondayFriday, 7:00 AM3:30 PM Position Overview The Production Support Associate is responsible for assisting multiple departments to ensure efficient workflow throughout the manufacturing facility. This role provides hands-on support by preparing materials, maintaining work areas, assisting with production activities, and helping ensure products move through each stage of the manufacturing process safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate is reliable, adaptable, and enjoys working in a team-oriented environment.

Essential Responsibilities Support production operations by preparing workstations, materials, and equipment for daily manufacturing activities. Move raw materials, components, and finished goods between departments using appropriate material handling equipment. Assist production personnel with routine tasks to help maintain productivity and meet production schedules.

Monitor inventory at work areas and replenish materials as needed to minimize downtime. Perform basic inspections to verify parts and materials meet job requirements before advancing to the next operation. Accurately complete production documentation and record job information according to company procedures.

Report equipment concerns, quality issues, or safety hazards to the appropriate supervisor.
