Typical duties include:

  • Operate production machinery according to company standards and work instructions.
  • Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments to ensure efficient operation.
  • Inspect finished products to verify quality and identify defects.
  • Load raw materials and remove completed products from the production line.
  • Package finished products and prepare them for shipment.
  • Complete production documentation accurately.
  • Report machine malfunctions and assist with routine maintenance when needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Consistently meet production, quality, and safety goals.

Additional Qualifications

  • Available to work 2nd Shift or 3rd Shift.
  • Comfortable working in a hot warehouse/manufacturing environment.
