Crystal D is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Craftsman to join our Production team.
As a Production Craftsman, you will be responsible for washing, inspecting, handling, and preparing products throughout the production process while ensuring each piece meets our high-quality standards. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
  • Wash, clean, and inspect crystal awards and gifts for quality and accuracy
  • Follow work orders, production schedules, and detailed instructions to ensure customer expectations are met
  • Handle products carefully to minimize damage and maintain quality standards
  • Meet daily production goals while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Correctly track and milestone production activities within company systems
  • Cross-train in other production areas to support team efficiency and workflow needs
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment using 5S and Lean manufacturing principles
  • Safely operate equipment and follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations
  • Communicate ideas, concerns, and opportunities for improvement with teammates and leadership
  • Assist in other production areas as business needs require
