Recycling Production Associate
Location: Battle Creek, MI
Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $18.00 per hour

Job Summary
Are you a dependable and hardworking individual looking for a handson industrial opportunity? We're seeking a Recycling Production Associate to join our team in Battle Creek, MI. In this role, you'll assist with baler operations, cardboard processing, forklift duties, and general recycling tasks while maintaining safety and productivity standards.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Recycling Production Associate, your core responsibilities will include:
  • Operating baler equipment to compress and process cardboard.
  • Sorting, stacking, and organizing cardboard and recyclable materials.
  • Moving totes and materials throughout the facility.
  • Safely operating a forklift to load, unload, and transport materials.
  • Using hand tools and equipment as needed for recycling operations.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Following all quality standards, departmental procedures, and safety requirements.
What We're Looking For

Qualifications:
  • Forklift experience preferred.
  • Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds.
