On-Call Production Associate | Springville, UT


Join a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing team producing a wide range of health and beauty products. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy staying active, working with their hands, and being part of a dependable team that values quality, consistency, and teamwork. As an On-Call Production Associate, you’ll support production needs as they arise, ensuring smooth operations and timely order fulfillment.


Responsibilities

• Assist with general production duties, including packaging, labeling, and light product assembly.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation in accordance with company hygiene standards.

• Follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Handle and prepare materials for production as directed by supervisors.

• Work safely, efficiently, and collaboratively to meet production goals.

• Support various departments as needed based on workload and scheduling demands.


Qualifications

• Must be available to work on-call with as little as 24-hour or same-day notice.

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform light to moderate physical work.

• Capable of lifting up to 20 lbs occasionally, with heavier lifts as needed.

• Must adhere to all safety and hygiene policies — no jewelry, artificial nails, or lash extensions during shifts.

• Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.

• Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or production environments preferred but not required.

Pay

$15.00 per hour


Schedule

Part Time | On-call; flexibility required with potential shifts between 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM (24-hour or same-day notice).
