Join us as a Production Associate in Pryor and help bring materials to life in a workplace where health and safety always come first.

  • Starting pay: $21.30 + 45cents shift differential and weekly pay
  • Schedule: 4 On 4 Off - OVERNIGHT (7PM to 7AM) 12hr shifts.
  • Flexibility: Due to operational needs, employees are required to be available for up to 2 days of mandatory OT during their off-rotation. 
  • Profit sharing after 1 year, medical insurance after 30 days, 1 week vacation after 6 months, and a safety boot voucher after 720 hours worked.
  • Work Environment: Our converting department is now climate control facility!
What you’ll do

As a Production Associate, you’ll be at the heart of operations - right on the floor where materials take shape. 
Your day-to-day:

  • Change overs
  • Sleeve changes
  • Back Tender
  • Winder/unwinder
  • Printer section
  • Changing anvil blades
  • Thrive in a fast paced, team environment that promotes on the spot troubleshooting.
Your strengths as a Production Associate

You are a natural fit for this role if:

  • SAP experience preferred
  • Safety training preferred
  • Follow all safety guidelines and utilize all application PPE at all times
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and work instructions
  • Maintain positive attitude and co-operate with colleagues and management
  • Ensure conformance to product specifications by completing all quality checks
  • Work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position
