Job Title: Production Associate (Immediate Hiring)

Job Description

Join our team as a Production Associate in a dynamic food production environment. You will play a crucial role on the production lines, handling tasks such as boxing, stacking, loading, unloading, and palletizing food products. Your work will involve managing boxes weighing 15-20 pounds, either by feeding them into machines or stacking them for distribution. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and manage tasks on production lines, including boxing and stacking products.
  • Load and unload products into machines for processing.
  • Palletize products and wrap them for distribution.
  • Open boxes with empty glass bottles and feed them into production machines.
  • Maintain cleanliness of work area throughout the shift.
  • Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Essential Skills

  • Experience in production, general labor, and warehouse settings.
  • Ability to lift 15-20 pounds regularly.
  • Capability to stand for shifts ranging from 10-12 hours.
  • Ability to work collaboratively on a high-speed production line.
  • Adherence to GMP practices.

Pay and Benefits
