Job description

The Production Associate plays a key role in ensuring our food products are produced safely and efficiently. Production Associates will work on the production line, performing various tasks related to the manufacturing, packaging, and quality assurance of our food products.

We are seeking full-time production associates for our production facility in Modesto, CA.


Production Associate Pay: $19.95-$20.99/hour


The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Production Associates will work 8–10-hour shifts which will include weekends and holidays.

Production Associate Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the preparation and production of food items following established standard operating procedures.
  • Operate, maintain and clean various food production equipment safely and effectively.
  • Carry out all tasks in a manner that promotes food safety and complies with all quality, safety, and health standards and regulations.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure the production output meets quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and repair any mechanical failures
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following good manufacturing practices (GMP).
  • Ensure production schedules are met by efficiently performing assigned tasks.
  • Handle raw materials and finished products according to company standards.
  • Assist in packaging and labeling of the final product.
  • Report any machinery/equipment issues to the shift supervisor or maintenance department.
  • Participate in training and continuous improvement activities as required.

Production Associate Qualifications:

  • Open Availability
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in a food production environment is beneficial.

  • Must be able to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time.
