Job description

Machine/Production Operator

Location: Houston, TX 77051 – Holmes Road / Highway 288 area
Shift: Must be flexible to work assigned shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Position Summary

We are seeking dependable and motivated Machine/Production Operators to join our Houston industrial facility. The Operator will work in a hands-on manufacturing environment supporting the inspection, processing, coating, machining, and handling of tubular products used in the energy industry.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, dependable, and comfortable working in an industrial environment. Previous manufacturing, oilfield, machine operation, warehouse, or production experience is preferred.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Safely operate production and industrial equipment.
  • Handle, load, unload, and position tubular products and materials.
  • Assist with processing, inspection, and preparation of products.
  • Perform quality checks and report defects or equipment issues.
  • Complete required production and inspection paperwork.
  • Follow all safety, PPE, SOP, and quality procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • Meet production schedules and daily production goals.
  • Perform basic equipment cleaning and maintenance.
  • Work effectively with supervisors and team members.


Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, oilfield, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred.
  • Must have a stable work history and demonstrated reliability.
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn industrial equipment.
  • Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Must be willing to work overtime and flexible shifts as required.
  • Must be clean-shaven where required for proper respirator fit.
  • Must be willing and able to wear a respirator when required.


Physical & Safety Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and work around industrial equipment for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and move materials as required.
  • Must be able to work in an industrial environment with exposure to noise, dust, machinery, and varying temperatures.
  • Must be clean-shaven where required for proper respirator fit.
  • Must be willing and able to wear a respirator when required.
  • Must comply with all company PPE and safety requirements.

Safety and quality are critical responsibilities of this position. Operators must follow all HSE, quality, PPE, and operating procedures at all times. Any equipment malfunction, product-quality issue, or safety concern must be reported promptly.
