Job description

Production Associate- 1st shift

Location: Cheswick, PA
Pay: $14.00/hour to start; increases to $15.00/hour after training
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
Overtime: Saturdays, 6:00 AM-12:00 PM
Immediate Hiring
Full-time 1st shift Production Associate positions available in Cheswick, PA. No previous printing experience required - training provided. Starting pay is $14/hr, increasing to $15/hr after training. Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM, with Saturday overtime available.

No previous printing press experience is required. Training is provided for qualified candidates who are willing to learn and follow safety and production procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Operate printing and production equipment after completing training
  • Assemble samples and building product components according to specifications
  • Package, label, and palletize finished products for shipment
  • Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Follow written and verbal work instructions
  • Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • Wear required PPE and safety equipment
  • Work effectively with team members and plant leadership
  • Move between departments or work areas as assigned
  • Learn and perform a variety of production tasks
  • Lift and move finished products as required
