Position Summary: As a Production Associate, you will play a critical role in our manufacturing operations. Within your first 90 days, you will be cross-trained as both a Packer and a Machine Operator, giving you a broad understanding of our production processes. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that our products are efficiently packed, processed, and prepared for distribution-all while adhering to strict quality control and safety standards.
New Hire Bonus: $250 at 90 days and then another $250 at 6 months.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Operate production equipment and packing machinery safely and efficiently
  • Inspect products for quality and report any defects or inconsistencies
  • Accurately package and label products according to specifications and customer requirements
  • Records all downtime and production figures for assigned work station.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas to comply with health and safety regulations
  • Monitor machinery and report malfunctions to maintenance or supervisors
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company guidelines
  • Participate in cross-training and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Meet or exceed daily production goals and quality standards
  • Maintain a positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, co-workers and management.

Education, Certifications and Licensures:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • One to six months of relevant experience or equivalent education/experience combination preferred.
  • Basic math skills.
