Production Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager to lead and oversee our Evansville Grain plant operations. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of production activities, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily plant operations to meet production targets and organizational goals in a timely and efficient manner
- Monitor inventory levels and usage, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions
- Manage the flow of materials, including incoming supplies and outgoing products, establishing standardized processes and procedures
- Provide leadership, coaching, and training to employees, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and professional development
- Oversee maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and safety compliance
- Implement quality control measures to uphold product standards and customer satisfaction
