As a Production Associate, you’ll be hands-on in assembling full truck bodies-bringing strength, precision, and pride to every build. If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and be part of something big, this is where your journey begins.

What a Day in Your Life Looks Like:

  • Blueprint Reading: Interpret blueprints, work orders, specifications, and safety requirements with accuracy.
  • Cutting & Fabrication: Cut wood and metal to precise specifications using saws, shears, and other equipment.
  • Assembly: Build and fasten components using bolts, screws, rivets, clips, and other hardware.
  • Tool Operation: Safely and efficiently operate pneumatic and hand tools.
  • Machine Setup & Maintenance: Set up equipment and perform preventive maintenance to keep production moving.
  • Quality Inspection: Inspect finished products to identify defects and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Observation: Complete required safety and quality checks to maintain a reliable work environment.
  • Safety Commitment: Follow all company safety policies and help create a safe workplace for everyone.

You will receive on the job training for:

  • Basic math, tape measurement, and computer skills
  • Working with hand and power tools
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints

 

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Must be 18 years old

What Sets You Apart:

  • Previous experience in manufacturing
  • Previous experience working on truck bodies
  • Construction experience is a plus
  • High School Diploma or equivalent GED

Physical Requirements:

Step into the heart of our fast-paced manufacturing plant, where every task drives progress. In this hands-on role, you'll be on your feet-standing for extended periods, walking, and using your hands to operate tools and equipment with precision. Clear communication is key, so you'll be regularly required to talk and listen as part of a safety-focused, team-driven environment. You’ll also lift up to 35 pounds and perform physical movements like bending, squatting, reaching overhead, and occasionally crawling in tight spaces. Repetitive hand tasks and climbing ladders or working at heights are part of the role.
